Some ideas that we came up with during our crazy trips..some have been tested, some are yet to be tested..use with caution :P
1) Need to stay overnight on a very little budget?
Soln: Platforms(works all the time) or a 24x7 browsing center(works to some extent..depends on the caretaker)
2)Need a clean bathroom?
Soln: Enter a vegetarian restaurant. Place bags on the chairs..enter the restroom one by one. Order some cheap stuff and leave, else order for some non-veg dish and get politely asked by the waiter to leave :D
3)Currency notes got wet?
Soln: Go to a local tea-stall and ask the shop keeper to stick the wet notes to the milk boiler. Works like magic!(I dried 500 rupees notes this way)
4)Need to charge your phone or camera?
Soln: Shops at railway stations or central bus stops and a kenjifying face :P
5)No seat in the unreserved compartment?
Soln: The luggage rack(not a big secret...everyone does this) if you can bear a little body pain.
6)No bus?
Soln: Hop into a lorry, bullock cart or whatever comes on the way. Works like a charm in rural areas.
